HEART HEALING * HEART OPENING
All of us have an energetic and emotional Heart centre, also known as the Heart Chakra or Anahata chakra in Sankrit. When our heart chakra is not in balance, we suffer from various emotional problems, sometimes also physical heart ailments as well as psychological challenges due to either inadequate/deficient heart energy or excessive, too much heart energy.
Both extremes can be a problem. With insufficient heart energy, we may feel disconnected to ourselves and other people, animals and nature; have poor relationships, and cannot fully relate in an open and joyful manner with our friends and loved ones. We may feel withdrawn, anti-social, selfish and self-centred. On the other hand, too much heart energy can make us jealous, demanding, or self-sacrificing and victimised.

This course will help you to heal and open your heart so that your emotions and heart energy is free, open, and flowing. With a more balanced heart you can more easily feel compassionate, loving, kind and peaceful.
What you will learn in this course?
In this introductory Heart Healing*Heart Opening course,
- You will learn some basic techniques to free and open your heart from physical and emotional blockages. This will include practising some movement and breath techniques.
- You will also learn to use heart-based Words and Speak to yourself and others in ways that will uplift your heart. Use Affirmations and supportive hand gestures.
- Learn one technique to forgive yourself and others.
- Experience a Heart-Opening Practice with visualisation to feel more peaceful, loving and balanced.
- Finally, learn how a few other tips to add to your Heart Healing practice!

To live a healthy and fulfilling life we need to feel more alive and let our Heart express itself more fully. We don’t only live in our head. When we free and open our hearts to love and to life, we learn to feel more peacefully and joyfully! Our hearts take us places that our heads may be afraid or too rigid to go to.
Having these basic skills will equip you with some initial tools to free and open a constricted physical and emotional heart as well as to calm down and set healthy boundaries for an excessive heart.
