Sound therapy is one of the methodology that you’ve probably experienced and applied in your life to self-regulate your emotions, such as humming or listening to music. In doing this, we can therefore bring calmness and let go of our unwanted emotions. This is what we called energy transformation.
Apart from the physical body that we can touch and feel, there is also unseen energy within us. Energy is something like electrical power whereby we can light up our home. This invisible energy energizes us.
Our physical body is supported by skeleton, whereas chakras do so with our energy body.
